A Fair Access Policy has been designed to ensure that exceptional usage by a few customers does not negatively impact on the normal usage of other customers. This means that the total available capacity of the satellite will be evenly distributed between the end-users of Tooway. Limits apply to accumulated download and upload traffic in a period of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks the consumption will be reset. The consumption is also given to so-called 'Multiple Sliding Time Windows (STW)'* of 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week and 4 weeks. The table below shows the amount of data which can be consumed within these time frames. If you consume above the given amount of data within a specific time frame, you will end up in the Fair Access Policy, which temporarily decreases your speed until the moment you get into the next time frame.

A Bronze package delivers 200 Mb data within 1 hour. If you use more than 200 Mb within this 1 hour, your speed will decrease. After this 1 hour you will get back your maximum speed. The next hour you may again consume 200 MB of data against the maximum speed, with a maximum of 400 MB in 4 hours. This applies to any time frame.
